Durable and sturdy! This helped out ghost door and the magnet strength is perfect! Nit in the wat at all. Measurements are equal to description.
I didn't understand how it worked at first because it wasn’t demonstrated properly. The mechanism was jammed, but I eventually figured out that the outer ring rotates to lock/unlock the latch. There's a lever inside that makes the ring turn. A video will help clarify this better.
Easy installation, looks great, no more stoppers on door and molding, best of all no more slamming when wind comes through house from garage into laundry room. Will be ordering more for front door and garage.
